RETURNS POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We accept returns or exchanges within 28 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that returned items must have no visible signs of wear/use and be returned in original product packaging.

RETURN COST

Unless your order is damaged or faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your order to us. We highly recommend sending using a tracked/signed service as we can not be responsible for any packages which do not arrive safely to us.

processing TIME

We will process your return within 3 working days of receipt of your package. Please note it may take time for refunds to show up on your statement, this time is decided by your bank.

PROCESS

To initiate a return, please complete the returns form and return your order to the address at the bottom of the form. Once received we will process your return and either refund or exchange.
