All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
DELIVERY LOCATION
We are based in the UK but offer worldwide shipping on all products. Please note that due to shipping restrictions we may be unable to ship to some more obscure countries. If this happens we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
DESPATCH TIME
We make every effort to despatch your order within 1 business day but in some circumstances it can take up to 3 working days to despatch your order.

Please refer to the table below for estimated delivery times. Please note all delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of despatch, rather than the date of order, they should only be used as a guide.
SHIPPING METHOD
Depending on your location and choice of shipping, your order will be shipped by either Royal Mail or TNT. Please note all standard shipping services are un-tracked, if you would like your order to be tracked please choose one of the express services.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much it will cost to ship your order simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and the shipping charges will be displayed.
